Welcome to The Merry Medium. My goal is to provide deeply insightful, professional, and joyful guidance. These policies are in place to ensure a focused, respectful, and energetically balanced experience for both you and me.

1. Reading Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

At The Merry Medium, your time and energy are valuable, and so is mine. To ensure a smooth, centered, and respectful experience for both of us, please review the following policy regarding bookings. This policy helps maintain the "Vibrant Vitality" necessary for effective readings and a sustainable practice.

Rescheduling Your Appointment

We understand that life happens. If you need to change your appointment:

• 48+ Hours Notice: You may reschedule your reading one time without penalty if you provide at least 48 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment time. You will receive a credit for the full amount paid to book a new time within the next 30 days.
• How to Reschedule: All rescheduling must be done by emailing me at info@themerrymedium.ca 

Cancellations and Refunds

• 48+ Hours Notice: If you cancel your booking with more than 48 hours' notice, you will receive a full refund, minus a small administrative fee of $10 CAD to cover time and payment processing costs.
• Less than 48 Hours Notice: Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable. Your payment will be converted into a one-time credit, allowing you to reschedule the reading within the next 30 days.

Late Arrivals and No-Shows

• Late Arrival (Client): If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled live session (phone or video), your session time will be adjusted to compensate for the delay, ensuring it does not impact the next client's reading. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, the session will be cancelled and treated as a No-Show.
• No-Shows: If you fail to show up or connect for a scheduled appointment without any prior notice, the session will be considered a No-Show. The reading will be forfeited, and no refund or credit will be issued.

Technical Issues

• Client Technical Issues: If the reading is disrupted or canceled due to technical failure on the client's end (e.g., poor internet connection, non-functional camera/mic), the policy for Late Arrivals/No-Shows applies.
• Reader Technical Issues: If The Merry Medium must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen technical issues, you will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at your earliest convenience.

2. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

All clients must read and understand this section. By purchasing a reading or service from The Merry Medium, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
